Registered Physiotherapist
Originally from the Philippines, I bring nurturing, dedicated, and resilient traits to my practice. I’m a generalist orthopedic practitioner with experience across the lifespan—from home and hospital physiotherapy to supporting long-term care residents in both active and palliative programs. As a perpetual learner, I have attended postsecondary workshops and training in Ontario and continue to refine my skills here in Alberta. Adopting an evidence- and practice-based approach ensures that every treatment is grounded in research while tailored to each client’s unique needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work closely with clients, their families, and their support networks, helping them navigate resources that can enhance recovery and overall well-being.
I believe that every living being has the capacity to improve when given the right environment, support, guidance, and when they are willing and ready to take the therapeutic steps on their journey. I have the privilege of supporting clients with physical, chemical, and mental stressors while also honoring their personal circumstances and beliefs. I am grateful to be part of a team that values community, culture, and holistic care, and I look forward to helping each person on their path toward greater well-being.
I love spending my free time biking, taking long walks, participating in community or volunteer activities, and learning new skills, whether they are lifelong interests or newly-discovered curiosities. I also enjoy moments of solitude, listening to podcasts, and finding balance through connecting with people, sharing experiences, and exploring new perspectives that I bring into my work with every client.
